Sausage Hashbrown Casserole
This is the most requested breakfast casserole. Hot sausage with hashbrowns and cheese is always a hit!

- 1 lb Mild Sausage
- 1 lb Hot Sausage
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup French Onion Dip
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic
- 3 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 32 oz bag Cubed potatoes thawed
Cook your sausage until brown and drain. Set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken, sour cream, french onion dip, salt, pepper, & garlic.
Stir in 2 Cups of cheese, then stir in potatoes. Add cooked sausage.
Pour into greased 9x13 dish
Bake 350° for 1 hour
Pour last cup of cheese on top and bake until melted, about 10 minutes.
