Sausage Hashbrown Casserole

This is the most requested breakfast casserole. Hot sausage with hashbrowns and cheese is always a hit!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Mild Sausage
  • 1 lb Hot Sausage
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup French Onion Dip
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 3 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 32 oz bag Cubed potatoes thawed

Instructions
 

  • Cook your sausage until brown and drain. Set aside to cool.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken, sour cream, french onion dip, salt, pepper, & garlic.
  • Stir in 2 Cups of cheese, then stir in potatoes. Add cooked sausage.
  • Pour into greased 9x13 dish
  • Bake 350° for 1 hour
  • Pour last cup of cheese on top and bake until melted, about 10 minutes.
