Beef Salsa Verde
Easy beef recipe to throw over rice or in a tortilla. Great to have on hand for the week!

- 1 Chuck Roast
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 Cup or small jar Salsa Verde
Add all ingredients to the slow cooker
Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-4 hours. Can also cook in the instant pot for 1 hour or until temperature reaches 190 degrees.
Serve over rice or make tacos, burritos or salads,
