Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 6 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 cup maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Cut cinnamon rolls into small pieces and spread in dish.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
  • Pour mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces.
  • Make sure everything is coated well.
  • Bake for 25 minutes until golden and set.
  • Drizzle with icing or maple syrup and serve warm.
