These peanut butter energy ball are one of my kids favorite snacks! They are so easy to make and a healthy alternative from all the junk! You can also modify this recipe to add in your favorite items, like dried coconut, flax seed, cocoa powder, protein powder or other items.
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 2/3 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1/3 Cup Honey
- 1/2 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
Mix all ingredients together, roll into balls, and store in the fridge for up to a week. Easy!
