Sundays in our house are all about slowing down and coming together. After a busy week of school, sports, and work, I love nothing more than gathering my family around the table for a meal that feels comforting but doesn’t keep me in the kitchen all day. This slow cooker pork tenderloin has become one of our go-to Sunday meal after church—it’s hearty, flavorful, and so easy to throw together in the morning before we head out the door.

By the time we get home, the house smells amazing, and I know it is ready to serve. It’s one of those recipes that makes everyone happy—whether it’s the kids piling it over mashed potatoes, or Jason sneaking little bites of the juicy pork before I can even set the table.

Why We Love This Recipe

  • Easy prep: Just whisk the marinade, pour it over the pork, and let the slow cooker do the work.
  • Family-friendly flavors: A mix of soy sauce, honey, balsamic, garlic, and rosemary gives the pork the perfect balance of savory and sweet.
  • Versatile: Serve it with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted veggies. The reduced sauce makes the most incredible gravy.
  • Leftovers: If by chance we have any, it makes the best pork sandwiches for school lunches the next day!
