Gluten Free Chicken Pot Pie
This easy chicken pot pie is a family favorite and made with Red Lobster biscuits.
Equipment
- 1 Baking Dish
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Cooked Shredded Chicken Can use rotisserie
- 1 pkg Red Lobster Biscuit Mix I used the Gluten Free
- 1 pkg Frozen Peas & Carrots
- 2 Cups Milk
- 2 Cups Chicken Stock
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken
Instructions
- Melt one stick of butter in 9×13 pan
- Mix together shredded chicken and frozen vegetables, add salt & pepper, pour over buttered pan
- Mix Red Lobster mix and seasoning packet with 2 cups of milk
- Pour biscuit mixture over the chicken mixture, do not mix
- Mix 2 cups of chicken broth and can of cream of chicken, pour over top but do not mix
- Bake at 350 for 45 min- hour
