Beef Patties

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Mix
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire
  • ⅓ Cup bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 Tbsp garlic
  • salt & pepper to taste

Mix and pat out into rounds. Sear for 1-2 minutes on each side.

  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms
  • ½ onion 
  • ½ cups beef broth 
  • 1 package brown gravy mix 
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon dijon

Brown onions and mushrooms. Add hamburger patties. Pour Gravy mixture over patties.

Cook on low 4-5 hours.

Remove patties. Mix 4 tbsp water with 2 tbsp of corn starch and add to gravy mix.

Add patties back to mix.

Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
