These are my kids favorite muffins! Great for breakfast or a snack on the go!

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Cups AP Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3-4 Ripe Bananas
  • 1 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all dry ingredients first. Then add mayonnaise and bananas. Mix with electric mixer for 2-3 minutes. Lastly stir in your chocolate chips. Pour into greased muffin pans. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
