My friend Bethanie introduced me to this recipe almost 17 years ago and it has been a staple in our home! This is what I make for game days, snow days, and busy weeknights! It’s great for a crowd or just to have leftovers to enjoy during the week.
You can also add your favorite toppings to make it as hot as you want! My family loves cheese, chips and sour cream.
Classic Taco Soup
Ingredients
- 1 lb Cooked Ground Beef
- 1 Pkt Taco Seasoning
- 1 Pkt Dry Ranch Mix
- 1 Can White Corn
- 1 Can Yellow Corn
- 1 Can Rotel
- 1 Can Black Beans
- 1 Can Pinto Beans
- 1 Can crushed tomatoes
Instructions
- After you brown your ground beef, mix all ingredients into large pot or slow cooker. Drain your cans before adding.
- Add water to cover all ingredients.
- Cook on low for 30 minutes or slow cook for a few hours. Can also cook in instant pot.
