Who doesn’t love classic chili? It’s always a great go to, weather you are feeding a crowd, laying around on game day, or needing something warm on a snow day!

This is one of my go to soup recipes and making it in the Instant Pot is such a timesaver. This recipe is a family favorite and I’ve been making it for over 20 years. The best part is how you can add in whatever beans you have on hand and make it work.

The great thing about the Instant Pot is you have less clean up, with the sauté button you can brown your beef and onion, and just add in all your ingredients. If you don’t have an instant pot you can still throw everything in a pot on the stove or in the slow cooker.

After it’s done cooking you can keep it on low during the day and it’s great for people eating at different times.

Enjoy!
