Lazy Lasagna
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 24 oz marinara
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 box lasagna noodles
- 2 cups mozzarella, divided
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup cottage cheese or ricotta I blend my cottage cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Cook your ground beef, drain off excess grease
- Add Italian seasoning and garlic once cooked
- Grease a 10x 14 casserole dish
- Pour in jar of marinara
- Add water and mix
- Mix in cottage cheese or ricotta and 1 cup mozzarella. If using cottage cheese, I blend mine because of texture and picky kids.
- Add in ground beef
- After mixing add in broken lasagna noodles. Make sure they are fully covered with liquid.
- Add the remaining mozzarella cheese to cover the top
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes or until noodles are soft.
