Gluten Free Chicken Pot Pie

This easy chicken pot pie is a family favorite and made with Red Lobster biscuits.

Equipment

  • 1 Baking Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Cooked Shredded Chicken Can use rotisserie
  • 1 pkg Red Lobster Biscuit Mix I used the Gluten Free
  • 1 pkg Frozen Peas & Carrots
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 2 Cups Chicken Stock
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken

Instructions
 

  • Melt one stick of butter in 9×13 pan
  • Mix together shredded chicken and frozen vegetables, add salt & pepper, pour over buttered pan
  • Mix Red Lobster mix and seasoning packet with 2 cups of milk
  • Pour biscuit mixture over the chicken mixture, do not mix
  • Mix 2 cups of chicken broth and can of cream of chicken, pour over top but do not mix
  • Bake at 350 for 45 min- hour
