I grew up visiting Opryland every Christmas as a child and it was not officially Christmas until we saw the lights at Opryland. It’s now one of my favorite traditions with my own family. And while everything is different this year, the magic of a Country Christmas is still there.
The big attraction this year is I Love Christmas Movie spectacular! You can walk through sets of more than 13 scenes that will make you feel as if you’ve walked onto the movie, complete with replicas of film props, audio clips, and more. You can experience scenes from movies like ELF™, THE POLAR EXPRESS™, NATIONAL LAMPOON’S CHRISTMAS VACATION™, A CHRISTMAS STORY™, and THE YEAR WITHOUT A SANTA CLAUS™. A 30 minute journey will take you through 13 different sets.
Along with the movie fun there is so much to do this year! My kids have always loved the ice tubing and this year they added ice bumper cars! Don’t forget the ice skating and it’s fun for the whole family!
