I know meal prepping can be overwhelming but here are a few basic tips to get ready for another busy week.
Don’t try to plan for five nights, start with just two, and let’s be honest life happens, kids have sporting events, and spontaneous dinners out happen. I used to try to plan for five nights but then ended up wasting food, so start small.
