I know we often over complicate cooking dinner. And it doesn’t have to be hard. My kids favorite meals are the ones that I spend less than 10 minutes making.
1. Slow Cooker Italian Chicken
This is great to just throw in the slow cooker and enjoy over rice or noodles.

2. Chicken Taco Bowls
These are so easy, I just marinate some cubed chicken in taco seasoning and a little olive oil, sauté for about 6-8 minutes or until chicken is 165 degrees and then serve over rice. My kids love to top it with queso dip. This is what they order at our favorite Mexican restaurant. I top mine with cheese, avocado, sour cream, and salsa.

This is one of our family favorites for cold days or game days!
